2022 SUMMER PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT!

Welcome to the first ItsDemBoys Summer Photo Scavenger Hunt! This is something completely new I wanted to try for a bit now. I'm not sure if it's something many people would be into or go through with at all but, I figure it couldn't hurt much to try. The idea; head to a local shop that carries disposable cameras (Wal-Mart has them) and take photos of summery items we've selected.

While it would be super easy to just use your cell phone and have the photos now where you can edit and perfect them to share on Instagram, where's the fun? We do this literally all the time this day and age. When's the last time you had photos developed? I personally always loved how imperfect using a disposable camera can be. You don't really get to see how each shot will turn out until you have them developed and in your hand; that can be really exciting!

I'll point out that I'm leaving each item to one or two words to keep it as vague as possible. This leaves a lot of room for the imagination to run wild; I can't stress enough, be creative! For instance, a rainy day; this doesn't necessarily mean take a photo outside when its raining. Think bigger. What kinds of things do you do on a rainy day? Same with Carnival; it would be ok to take a photo of a Carnival in the summer, of course, but what about a Carnival do you enjoy? The food? The games? The rides? How about chilling? Summer has an awful lot of hot days; show us how you beat the heat!

You don't have to get a photo of everything; keep in mind, no one wins anything in this scavenger hunt. This is merely an excuse to go out, put your phones away and enjoy the moment. Plus, you'll have a nice little tangible collection of photos to look through at the end; just like the old days.
